Periodontist

Duties and Responsibilities: 
     Periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and in the placement of dental implants. Periodontists are also experts in the treatment of oral inflammation.  They often treat more problematic periodontal cases, such as those with severe gum disease or a complex medical history. The periodontist examines the gums, checks to see if there is any gum line recession assesses how the teeth fit together when biting, and checks the teeth to see if any are loose.  They can also treat patients with severe gum problems using a range of surgical procedures. In addition, periodontists are specially trained in the placement and repair of dental implants.

Average Salary:$30,000-$60,000

Education Requirements:
     It takes many years of study to become a periodontist. The journey begins by completing a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or a related topic and continues with four years of study in dentistry school where a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree is earned; the dental school must be accredited by the American Dental Association. After dentistry school, a student periodontist completes three additional years of study to specialize in periodontics and receive a Ph.D. Each license requires completion of an exam.

Duties and Responsibilities:

     Dental Technicians, also referred to as dental laboratory technicians, fill orders for dental prosthetic. Theses prosthetic include dentures, bridges, crowns, veneers, and inlays. Dental technicians fill prescriptions by creating models of patients’ mouths from physical and sometimes computerized molds. They also match the color and shape of the patient’s teeth.

Average Salary: $30,000-$40,000                                              

Educational Requirements:

     Dental Technicians may receive their education and training through a two-year program at a community college, vocational school, technical college, university or dental school. Graduates of these programs receive either an associate degree or a certificate. There also are a few programs that offer a four-year baccalaureate program in dental technology. They are also required a high school diploma in some cases.

I think what it is trying to say is that you can't make someone do the stuff that u have to do and take the credit because you won't learn.
Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Surgeon
Duties and Responsibilities:
ENT doctors, formally known as otolaryngologists, diagnose, treat and manage diseases and medical conditions associated with the ears, nose and throat. ENT doctors also treat structural problems of the face and neck. Otolaryngologists treat many conditions, including problems such as hearing loss, balance issues, ringing in the ears, facial tics, nosebleeds, sleep apnea and snoring, sinus problems, tonsillitis and throat cancer. They are also surgeons, and may perform plastic surgery and facial reconstruction.
Salary: $327,517

Education:
 To becoming an ENT physician, you need to take a four-year college degree. While many students complete pre-med programs, it is not required. Regardless of your major, medical schools will want to see a strong college record in math and science, particularly in biology and chemistry.
